Boston’s South End Getting 138 Luxury Condos, Builder Online

The Davis Companies has broken ground on 100 Shawmut, the forthcoming collection of luxury South End condos that incorporates an existing 1920s office building into its modern, glassy design. Designed by The Architectural Team, with interiors by EMBARC Studio of Boston, 100 Shawmut will stand 13 stories tall and feature 138 homes ranging in size from studios to four bedrooms.
