The American Dream – Boston

The American Dream recently ran a segment featuring Colleen Daniels, a member of the 100 Shawmut team, who gave a construction update in front of the building’s historic site. The original bricks and early 1900s windows can be seen behind Ms. Daniels while she talks about how her team has worked to preserve what made the original structure special by creating a unique blend of new comfort and classic style throughout the 138 luxury South End condominiums and the suite of amenities. The original brick will form the heart of a hybrid building, with the upper floors featuring elegant, angular glass curtain walls. The project is expected to be completed early 2021.
